1:1 Somatic Coaching
Learn the language of your body and the power it has had all along
This is the most intimate, high touch container offered by The Core Rising.
In the 1:1 coaching experience, you have the space, resources and support to explore all that you are. Expect movement, body work and experiential meditation that works with your unique internal landscape and directly, yet gradually, strengthens the nervous system. Through intentional and customized sequences of these body-based and psychosomatic modalities, you can truly feel how the very parts of you that you want to fix or change are actually the ones that have fought the hardest to protect you, and replace shame and frustration with compassion and appreciation. This is what creates the optimal environment for true healing.
Somatic Mentorship with Maggie
Spots are open for 12 or 24 sessions.
The beauty about a 1:1 container is that every one looks different. No two nervous systems are the same. This is our chance to co-create a protocol that serves you specifically. You can expect discussion (share your stories!!), and continued invitations to notice how these stories feel in your body. We are continuously cultivating somatic awareness through experiential meditation practice, body work, movement and sometimes breath. Together, we will use these techniques to tone your nervous system, better equip you to manage stress, teach your body it’s safe to relax and receive, and dig deep into the layers of your internal landscape to find You.Â
We base our 1:1 container on three main pillars: Safety, Processing and Integration. You can expect tools and techniques that address all three in each session: establishing the safety to feel what you feel, exercising the capacity to start processing it, and tips to integrate our work in session into your real life.Â

This 1:1 container is an invitation to explore what is most alive and prevalent for you today, peeling layers and rewriting patterns where needed, together. We will use a variety of tools to work with your body, your subconscious and your intuition. Each session will provide a unique flow of guided discussions, somatic work, parts work, inner child healing, breathwork and meditation. With the focus on your nervous system healing, attunement to self, and building capacity to feel, process and engage with your life, we will reach for an increasingly deeper sense of alignment with who you truly are and the life you desire.
