Breathwork

Group and 1:1 Sessions with Masha Pilipenko.

Take a deep breath in. Let an exhale out, gently. You’re on the right page, in the right space, at a perfect time.

Our breath holds an immense power. Not only can it quickly alter our physical and emotional state and help regulate the nervous system but also, breath can be used as a tool of access into our subconscious - a place within where memories, suppressed emotions and life-changing clarity all reside.

Here at The Core Rising we are deeply excited to welcome you to our Group and 1:1 Breathwork offerings.

All sessions are facilitated in the Conscious Connected Breathing technique, in a gentle and trauma-informed way. All you need is a yoga mat, a quiet space and an open mind.

Each 1:1 Breathwork experience is fully tailored to your unique physical, mental and emotional circumstances and goals.

Deep Relaxation:

This session is designed for stress and anxiety relief, deep relaxation, and a reset on the physical, mental and emotional level.

In this guided session, you will breathe to a purposefully curated playlist and Masha’s soothing voice helping you to move through the experience in a gentle and trauma-informed way.

Masha facilitates in the Conscious Connected breathing technique, which allows to gradually quiet the mind and delve into the deeper layers of the body, the soma, to recharge, reset and rejuvenate. All you need is a yoga mat to lie down on and a quiet space.

This session is a place to feel, to process, to let go of tension and stress, and to profoundly connect with oneself.

Yes! Deep Relaxation!

Deep Dive:

This session is designed as a deep dive inwards, into your subconscious - a space where patterns, memories, repressed emotions as well as clarity and deeper knowing all reside.

In this session, we will first determine where you are at today and what you are called to explore. With this knowledge and intention in mind, we will then use the breath as a link between the conscious and unconscious mind, to delve into the deeper layers of the body, the soma, to explore, to process and to receive.

Deep Dive is facilitated in the Conscious Connected technique, in the holotropic style, in a way that is both gentle and trauma-informed. All you need is a yoga mat to lie down on, a quiet space and an open mind. Expect moving music, nuanced guidance and illuminating insights.

This session is a place to feel, process, recharge and to come back with insight and empowering clarity.

Yes! Deep Dive!
